GNANAM EDUCATION TRUST (GET) is a charitable organization an initiative by E.J Gnanam funded by S A Ventures Group. The training center was established to teach English, Sinhala, and IT skills to individuals struggling to afford education.
GET has established a Professional Skills Development Center (PSDC) in Jaffna. The center aims to provide the same services as the training center in Vavuniya, along with additional educational opportunities tailored to the needs of the local society. The PSDC is committed to making learning accessible to people of all ages.

GNANAM EDUCATION TRUST (GET) is a charitable organization that was started in 2011 to teach English, Sinhala and IT skills to underprivileged students. With centers in Vavuniya, Jaffna and Colombo, Sri Lanka, GET focuses on developing the soft skills of such students and in Jaffna provides tourism-related education. Furthermore, it contributes to SDG 04 by ensuring inclusive and equitable quality education for children from underprivileged communities.
GET was initiated by E.J. Gnanam and is fully funded by St. Anthony’s Ventures (Pvt) Ltd (SAVL), with the sole view of making a positive impact for the society by improving the quality of life of individuals. SAVL group companies provide employment opportunities for over 1,000 individuals. Further, in addition to serving the community at large, GET also provides financial assistance for the higher education of SAVL group employees as well as for their children’s primary and higher education.
GET’s greatest strength is being a part of SAVL group, which employs many talented people. Team members share their life and industry experiences with the students which gives them a unique opportunity to understand potential careers in the corporate world. It is also a heartwarming experience for the team members of SAVL group companies who contribute to GET by participating in some its activities and volunteer their time for administrative work.
